User's Can't recieved SMS Code

Not receiving SMS may caused by few reasons:
1. User blocked number which sent from 66888, We attached guide file to unblock number
2. Telco may doing maintenance on the time when user request for SMS
3. Other telcos can't receive SMS codes. Please try another telco or network to perform SMS code verification.
Or you can download the Signing Cloud App to get a mobile OTP or push notification to sign a document
