Unsubscribe Concern

With regards to updating the credit card information for the auto debit subscription, currently we have two options in order for us to achieve the goal. Provided below are those:

 

1. Unsubscribe to the current package and resubscribe to a new one indicating the new/updated credit card. Provided below is the instruction on how to.

 

a) Login to your signingcloud account
b) click the 3 horizontal bar on the upper left corner of the page.
c) under Administration click on Manage Account
d) click Billing info
e) under your subscription details, kindly locate the cancel button. Clicking the cancel button reverts your account back to Free.
 
We suggest that you can do the cancellation on the last day of the outgoing subscription and you have 7 days grace period.
 
And unfortunately, We will not refund any prorated rate if you cancel at any time.
