Signature in incorrect location after document creation

Currently, I am receiving partial approval documents with some errors , the signatures being rotated to the other side.

The issue is caused by the pdf document page is rotated before uploaded to SigningCloud. Hence, SigningCloud will take the rotated degree and calculate for the signature placement as well.
To check the document is rotated before upload:
- Obtained the complaint document from client
- Open the document in Notepad
- Search for keyword "Rotate"
- For the complaint document, we found the keyword and it shows that it is being rotated 90 degrees

- While the issue wont happen even if there is a keyword "Rotate" in the file but it is 0 degree.
