Switch Main Admin Account Possible?

Hi. Although there's an option to add admin roles to users, it seems that they don't have all the admin capabilities of the primary admin account that added them to the User list. By any chance, can we change/delete the main admin account?

No accounts can replace the main SigningCloud account.
