Did not receiving the SMS verification code when bind device in Signing Cloud?

It seems there are some possible reasons why you cannot receive SMS code including blocking the number. There will be a quick guide for possible not receiving SMS may cause by USER blocked numbers which sent from 66888.For Android: Just click the the Phone Number, tap More, Settings and then the Blocked Numbers
