How To Add Co-Workers As Signees?
I have a SigningCloud account under an admin account of my company that should make it easier to add my colleagues' email addresses for signing. However, no matter how many times I typed their names/email addresses on the search bar for adding recipients, they won't appear.
The Contacts page also doesn't have their email addresses unless I manually add them.
Please help me find their email addresses fast. Thank you.

In your situation, the email addresses of the company's employees are in Users instead of Contacts. Although you can't see the Users option in your menu (this is available to the admins only), you will find this when you're on the page for adding recipients to a document.
All you have to do is click Add from contact and then go to the Users tab on top of the pop-up window. Look at the attached pictures for your reference.
When you find the email address of your chosen signatory, just click the "+" beside the email address and you're all set.
