Garbled and White spotting on Document upon viewing

Why my document is garbled or has white spotting when viewing it on Signingcloud?

The garbled issue happened because a default setting is enabled in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, it is happening on other web applications as well for example Maybank:
To disable it, please go to the setting of the browser and search "hardware" as keyword, then disable the setting.
Restart the browser once the setting is disabled.
