Floating Document (Need to forward)

Noticed that if the Signer has already inactivated (due to resignation), the document cannot be forwarded to another user (if the forwarding feature is not enabled during submission).
May I know if there is any other workaround so that the document is not floating?

If we sent a document without enabling forward signing, we cannot forward the document regardless of whether the account is activated or not.
What we can do now is re-upload the document and enable the forward feature for future use. Though reasonable and logical suggestion, changes to an on-transit document content/setting are not allowed for security purposes.
