Document Confidentiality
While I'm aware that admins can't see the content of documents, can the people working on the back end of SigningCloud access the same document contents?
That's a good question. Rest assured that people on the backend of SigningCloud have no access to the contents/details of your documents.
To get a bit more technical, whenever you upload your document, it will be "hashed". Meaning, the backend personnel will only see the equivalent long string of codes of your document.
