- Administrator - the capabilities depend on your subscription (free, premium, prime, etc.). Generally, an administrator account can view billings, create/delete/disable SC accounts for other people, define their roles, and has other wide range of account management abilities plus features of a document creator.
- Document Creator - the most that users with this role can do are upload documents for signing, set templates, create groups, and sync files with their cloud storage.
- Document Signer - users with this role can only sign documents and has no capacity to upload documents for signing.
