I have a new email address. How can I change my email address in SigningCloud.

Unfortunately, you cannot change your email address because it was registered already when you created your Signingcloud account. Creating a new Signingcloud account is the most efficient way to change the email address.
May I ask if you are also part of the company's account? If yes, the administrator will be able to delete the account and re-add the updated email account.

SigningCloud is designed to have a second authentication for the security of the signing in which needed our the SigningCloud mobile Application to complete the signing process. We understand your concern, however, signing without a mobile device is possible via an API call.
