Add A SC User Under A Company Account Possible?

One of our users opened a personal SigningCloud account instead of creating one under the company's SC account. How to bring their account over to ours?

Hi there!
You can simply add their email address on the Users option on the left menu, which will give them an invitation to join your organization's SC account. Kindly refer to the linked video for the step-by-step instruction: https://academy.signingcloud.com/lessons/2-3-invite-existing-user
Please take note that adding the user's account to another account is equivalent to account deletion. Ensure that all signed documents of the invited account are backed up prior to joining.
