My Signing Cloud Account is currently inactive, and i am unable to receive emails or notifications. Im wondering if, my account is deleted, is there would be no email notification regarding the account deletion?

Unfortunately, if you choose to remove your account, you won't receive any emails from Signing Cloud. Account deletion can occur in two ways: either an admin initiates the deletion, or the account owner can delete it through the mobile app. Admins possess the authority to delete any user within the account, and there is a confirmation notice before the user is deleted. Please consult with the account admin to understand the reason behind the account deletion.
